The best live music in Mexico every night of the week from Sunday to Saturday. Sancho Panza Wine Bistro and Jazz Club hosts very live music and entertainment all year long every night from 7:30 pm until the party ends. You can always hear great jazz, Latin jazz, blues, classic standards, and lots of dance music.
We have a great new variety of music for your listening and dancing pleasure. The live music will always be the best in Los Cabos, and with our excellent access to musical talent combined with our world renowned kitchen we wish to constantly provide you with your best night out in Mexico.
Sancho Panza has been hosting the best quality and variety of music for discriminating adults for over nine years, and we plan on continuing the tradition. Cool Jazz on the Latin side. This group of young Latin jazz musicians from Mexico and Argentina is one of the finest jazz trios in Mexico.
THURSDAY - DALINE JONES
The maximum expression of Jazz from San Francisco. Daline is a consummate performer her show with the Jazz Monsters is not to be missed.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY - ALEXEY
An excellent Cuban show guaranteed to get you onto the dance floor. Alexey Gonzales, a great vocalist, dancer, and performer puts on a show with the Jazz Monsters and more that you must experience.

NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION 2007 - "CUBA IN CABO"
This year we will have a Cuba Cabaret theme for all of our esteemed guests. Every year we try to offer something very special. This year promises to be the most fantastic yet. Eight professional dancers, singers, great live Cuban band, and much more. Many surprises. Guaranteed to be the most fantastic entertainment, the best food, and the most fun in Baja! Reserve early.
